CUSTOMS STAFF
Location: Dong Nai City, Vietnam

The Customs staff is responsible for checking all shipping documents for the overseas shipments to Vietnam as well as coordinating with suppliers to correct any discrepancies.
The role is primarily responsible for checking and correcting shipping documents for import shipments to Vietnam, ensuring that we have good shipping documents to make customs declaration on time and to have on time payment to suppliers.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Check the shipping documents provided by suppliers including Commercial invoice and Packing list.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain sufficient information and shipping documents, in order to ensure that the customs declaration is made on time, and that we have a smooth customs clearance process.
- Ensure provided information matches with Purchase Orders and Bank Beneficiary Name of suppliers.
- Correct commercial documents as required as well as maintain a database with all the commercial documents.
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in international trade or business fields.
Skills:
- Intermediate English-speaking skills but advanced in reading/writing.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure.
Languages: Vietnamese & English (Intermediate).
